I have been a thinker and doer of what is important to me for a long time now
and would love to hear all about what you want clarity on.
Together we will plan out your next steps towards the life you are designing.
My coaching style is thoughtful and practical, combines knowledge and expertise and supports you to discover what you want.
We'll be working in that magical place where
doubt, hope and action meet.
Through four 1 hour 1:1 sessions on Zoom we'll address your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. We'll look at your outer world and find the practical tools to support you and look at your inner world and address the stories, beliefs and behaviours that you'd like to upgrade.
During our four weeks of work together, you'll begin to start putting together a plan and taking some steps towards building the life you want next. You'll be able to say outloud what you no longer stand for and what feels good for you now and into your future.

Four 1 hour 1:1 sessions over Zoom with Sarah to address your "what's next" investigations. Access to Sarah via email for the duration of our work together, accountability and personalised resources and tools.
How do I pay?
The checkout link will take you to a PayPal link and also a Stripe link to pay by card. You can also email me and I can send you an invoice so you can pay by bank transfer (UK).
Are we talking about alcohol in this programme?
Probably not - I have several other programmes you can look at if you are looking for support in that area. Having said that, many people come to me for coaching when their relationship with alcohol has been addressed and now they are questioning their next steps. So one often follows the other!
