About me:
I'm Sarah and when I first decided I was going to go alcohol free (in December 2019) for a year as a little life experiment, I had no idea how I was going to get through it... I suspected blood, sweat, tears... (mine, my friends and my families) and I also expected it to be really HARD work.
Imagine my surprise when I found none of this to be true!
Maybe, you thought it would be easy to change your relationship with alcohol
and yet, it hasn't been.
